We are seeking a skilled Email Designer to join the Domaine CRM team and support a diverse portfolio of client brands. In this agency role, you will transform strategic briefs into visually compelling email designs that align with each brand’s identity and drive measurable engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with CRM specialists and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality creative assets that support ongoing campaigns, testing initiatives, and performance-focused lifecycle strategies across multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as an extension of the Domaine team and seamlessly embed within the existing creative team to solve significant design problems.
- Design creative and effective email solutions that support Domaine’s ongoing initiatives.
- Develop high-quality, mobile-first email designs while following accessibility and cross-device best practices.
- Create unique visual assets, including GIFs and motion elements, to elevate email engagement.
- Build, maintain, and evolve Figma component-based design systems used across projects.
- Prepare polished and organized design files for implementation in email platforms.
- Innovate and explore new design techniques to enhance creative output.
- Manage time, tasks, and project scope effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with CRM and cross-functional teams through all project phases—from initial concepts to launch.
- Work iteratively, incorporating feedback and contributing proactive, strategic, and creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, email + SMS marketing, client services, and full cycle campaign management, preferably in an agency setting
- eCommerce/ retail lifecycle experience critical, preferably across verticals
- Experience maximizing loyalty engagement strategies in email + SMS
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in building lifecycle marketing revenue
- Proven track record structuring and delivering ongoing testing to continuously improve performance
- Mobile App, Mobile Push, Web Push, In-App Messaging experience a plus
- Hands on keyboards experience working with a variety of platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc.,) a plus.
- Experience in structuring and improving marketing CRM tech stacks, including fluency in using leading CRM platforms, using tracking and personalization tools to deliver a great customer experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Highly creative, with experience devising campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate a target audience
- Strong writing experience coupled with a drive to constantly improve your ability to connect with customers through the written word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
