Full-Stack Engineer · Java/Spring Boot & Angular · Remote Europe · Up To €65K + Benefits
Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys building useful products and solving real problems for modern, distributed teams? Want to work in a fast-moving SaaS environment that values flexibility, ownership, and async communication?
Join a fully remote company that’s redefining how global teams handle business travel and employee mobility. With products already live in Vacations, Business Travel, and Visas, they’re scaling their engineering teams to expand feature coverage and support new use cases. This is a company that runs lean, trusts its people, and builds with intention.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work with experienced peers in tight-knit product teams. The stack is Java with Spring Boot on the backend, Angular (version 15+) on the frontend. You’ll build features end-to-end, contribute to shared infrastructure, and collaborate with product and engineering managers in an environment built on autonomy and accountability. It doesn’t matter if you are more BE/FE focused, you can focus on what you like, but will always work full-stack.
This team is looking for allrounders who write their own tests, manage their own CI/CD pipelines, and work directly with infrastructure: no separate QA or DevOps layers in between. Engineers here build and ship independently, with startup-style ownership from start to finish.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of one of the main product teams, typically five to six engineers with an active, hands-on Engineering Manager. You’ll write and ship code across the stack, support platform improvements, and get involved in shaping both the tech and the way the team works. There’s also a strong focus on reducing dependencies between teams and supporting a growing platform layer.
