We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist—a HubSpot expert who can streamline systems, clean up data, and build the infrastructure our clients need to grow. This is a client-facing, hands-on role focused on setup, automation, reporting, and making things just work—better and faster.
1. HubSpot Setup, Automation & Optimization
You’ll help clients get the most out of HubSpot—whether it’s a brand-new setup or fixing what’s broken.
- Set up and optimize workflows, automations, lead scoring, properties, and integrations
- Clean and organize client data for accurate reporting and segmentation
- Configure pipelines, deal stages, custom fields, and lifecycle stages
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues around tracking, syncing, or automation
- Ensure best practices for data hygiene, lead flow, and conversion tracking
2. Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards
You’ll build reporting infrastructure that gives clients clarity on performance and revenue impact.
- Create dashboards in HubSpot, Databox, and Looker Studio to surface key marketing, sales, and RevOps metrics
- Partner with Pod Managers to understand what data matters and how to visualize it
- Audit and validate data accuracy across tools and integrations
- Support monthly or quarterly reporting cycles with clean, updated dashboards
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
You’ll work closely with our Pod Managers and Paid Media team to align operations with strategy.
- Collaborate on campaign and CRM workflows that connect marketing efforts to pipeline
- Support onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth handoff and setup
- Help troubleshoot issues with lead flow, UTM tracking, and CRM attribution
- Proactively communicate with clients to explain what’s working, what’s changing, and what’s next
4. System Thinking & Process Improvement
You’ll help us and our clients work smarter by improving systems and documentation.
- Identify areas of friction or inefficiency in current client setups
- Document processes, naming conventions, and systems for repeatable success
- Suggest platform and process improvements that increase clarity, speed, and performance
- Stay up to date on platform changes and RevOps trends
What Success Looks Like
- Clients feel confident that their HubSpot and RevOps systems are clean, reliable, and high-performing
- Pod Managers and strategists have the visibility they need to make smart decisions
- Reporting is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals
- Issues are proactively solved before they become problems
Who You Are
- Deeply experienced with HubSpot—you’ve built workflows, dashboards, and CRM systems before
- Comfortable with marketing data, attribution models, and lead lifecycle tracking
- Proactive and detail-oriented—you catch the little things before they break the big things
- A great communicator—clear, honest, and helpful with clients and internal teams
- Collaborative and kind—you’re here to make the team and the work better
- Analytical and adaptable—you’re energized by learning new tools and solving real problems
- 2–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, HubSpot administration, or CRM/RevOps roles
- Experience with B2B SaaS, sales-marketing alignment, or agency environments is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Based in Argentina and comfortable working remotely
