We are currently seeking an advanced Performance Optimization Specialist. We’re looking for an ambitious marketer who wants to work in an innovative and energetic environment. As a key member of the marketing team, this role will be responsible for managing multiple websites, customer journeys, and sales funnels. The Performance Optimization Specialist will oversee the success of branded websites, SEO strategy, copy testing, and funnel optimization. You’ll work directly with the CMO managing projects and expectations using strong follow-up, analytical and organizational skills.

This role involves working with the Marketing team to drive results with creative website marketing tactics, launching a mobile app, and measuring efforts using GA4 to achieve marketing objectives. You’ll work at a fun and productive company, focused on driving long-term results and brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of conversion content. This position requires being both a team player and having a can-do attitude within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement best practices for on-page SEO, keyword research, and page structure utilizing SEM Rush
Manage, and update all website and app content as needed
Develop core CRO testing ideas and concepts, working with other key stakeholders to accomplish technical requirements
Help define online customer journeys and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to discussions regarding brand look and feel for each website
Work with CMO to develop best ASO strategy for upcoming app launch
Own GA4, improving current views to simplify reporting and ensure accuracy of data
Run A/B split tests on copy, website ads, and CTAs to optimize conversions
Help define overarching website goals and priorities to reach company objectives
Assist with development of online client account experiences and engagement
Effectively optimize website to app performance and app to website performance for users

Qualifications

3–5+ years of managing sales funnels across multiple websites
Bachelors in Marketing or relevant work experience
GA4 guru! (Microsoft Clarity experience is a plus)
Proven ability to create successful SEO strategies
Experience with ASO and website to app marketing
Strong understanding of B2C and B2B marketing
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience with CRO testing and reporting
Ability to manage two brands with unique websites and needs
Proficiency with SEO and Mobile App Insights from SEM Rush

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
