Role Purpose
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across every stage of the customer journey—from awareness to advocacy.
You'll be the driving force behind the creation of high-impact, multi-channel content that educates, engages, and converts. From SEO blog posts and LinkedIn thought leadership to sales enablement collateral and customer stories, you'll craft content that fuels demand generation, improves sales conversations, and strengthens our brand position.
This role reports to the SVP, Marketing and will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, aligned with business goals, and tailored to the needs of our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Deliverables/Outcomes
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve our content strategy across the funnel—TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU.
- Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content creation across blog, website, landing pages, email, social, and thought leadership.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all customer-facing channels.
SEO & Web Content
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-driven content to grow organic traffic.
- Write and publish optimized landing pages and blog content using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Monitor keyword rankings and site performance to inform content priorities.
Social & Multimedia
- Develop and manage social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Write posts, design basic graphics (e.g., Canva), and edit short videos to increase reach and engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content into short form, engaging social media formats.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales to develop compelling one-pagers, pitch decks, solution briefs, and customer email templates.
- Support field marketing initiatives with event materials and targeted content.
Customer-Focused Content
- Interview customers and collaborate with Customer Success to develop case studies and testimonials.
- Translate product updates into clear, engaging communications for customers and prospects.
- Assist in creating onboarding materials, help guides, and in-product messaging.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance across SEO, social, and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve engagement, conversion, and lead quality.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to align with business goals.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology
- A portfolio that demonstrates storytelling skill across multiple formats (written, visual, video)
- Deep understanding of SEO and experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML (a plus)
- Comfort using design tools like Canva and video tools like Descript or Loom
- Excellent writing and editing skills with obsessive attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and distill complex information into customer-friendly messaging
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Familiarity with demand generation and ABM strategies
- Experience managing freelancers or outside agencies
- Exposure to healthcare, cybersecurity, or MSP/MSSP industries
