Teams Description

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join the Online Booking team. Our mission is to help patients effortlessly find and book appointments with the right doctor — and ensure doctors benefit from a well-configured, patient-friendly experience. Our goal is simple but powerful: maximize user bookings and deliver real value to both patients and healthcare professionals.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Define vision, strategy and key results for your team to drive more booked appointments.
• Own key results of your team, making sure we’re optimizing towards them on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and analysts to identify and solve problems and leverage opportunities.
• Create and maintain a backlog of initiatives, executing these through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases. Test and iterate fast.
• Leverage AI to make our marketplace stays competitive.
• Work with other departments (Customer Success, local teams) to balance business goals and customers needs, ensuring that relevant issues are debated, decided on, and initiatives are delivered.
• Develop product requirements using Agile or Shape Up methodologies, including user stories, wireframes, or prototypes, ensuring they are backed by user/customer insights.
• Oversee the functionality of developed features before they reach the production environment.

Qualifications

What experience and skills do you need to do great at this position?

We Should Meet If You

• 5+ years of experience in product management (B2B2C, B2B at scale, B2C), with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Masterminds of numbers! Excellent in analyzing, and synthesizing product usage data to provide actionable insights. Experience with testing on the scale and fast validation.
• A high level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
• A Software engineering background, or technical knowledge to feel comfortable joining technical discussions with developers.
• Focus on the user, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to reach your team's goals.
• “Hands-on” with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment + you’re able to switch between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on operational work.
• Experience in analyzing users’ pains and needs, validating hypotheses, running market experiments, scoping products/services, and taking a product to the market.

• Worked with the healthcare industry.
• Have experience in working with marketplace / booking products
