Who are we:
We're building the next generation of secure, scalable, and compliant systems that operate at a global scale. As a developer, you'll tackle complex engineering challenges — from distributed systems and cloud-native architecture to privacy-first solutions — using modern technologies and DevOps practices.
But it’s not just about the tech — it’s about how we build together. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a culture of continuous learning. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-trust team where your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and your work directly supports over 80 million patients and 130,000 healthcare professionals across 13 countries.
About the role
We’re looking for a fullstack developer to join our fast-moving, learning-focused engineering team. You’ll primarily work with .NET technologies and have opportunities to grow your skills across the stack, including Vue.js, Docker, and tools like GitHub Copilot. While your main focus will be backend development, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building scalable, maintainable software.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain backend systems using mainly .NET (C#), focusing on performance and reliability.
Collaborate on full-stack features with frontend developers using Vue.js and TypeScript.
Help design and implement APIs and backend services that integrate with other systems.
Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to understand business needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and development practices.
Occasionally assist with legacy systems in PHP (Symfony), with support from the team.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have 2–4 years of experience in backend development with .NET (C#).
Understand software development best practices (e.g. clean code, unit testing, version control).
Have basic knowledge or interest in Vue.js and TypeScript.
Have experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL).
Are familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS S3) and basic DevOps practices.
Are a proactive communicator and enjoy working in a team environment.
Are eager to learn new technologies and tools.
Communicate effectively in English (B2 level or above).
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ).
Have touched PHP/Symfony projects before.
Are exploring AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Understand containerization tools like Docker.
Have exposure to compliance or privacy-oriented software development.
Are familiar with concepts like DDD, CQRS, or Vertical Slice Architecture.
What will you get in return?
