Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our digital acquisition programs. This role is central to driving customer growth and brand visibility across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven marketer with a strong grasp of digital media strategy, analytics, and creative experimentation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to design and execute campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and enhance the digital experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
• Website Management & Brand Consistency
Lead the strategic planning and day-to-day oversight of Doc2Doc’s web properties. Ensure website content is up to date, on brand, optimized for SEO and GEO, and aligned with campaign initiatives.
• Performance Marketing Strategy
Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other emerging channels with full-funnel performance KPIs. Oversee and recommend budget allocation for digital campaigns.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization
Blend creative testing with rigorous analysis to continually improve conversion rates, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Product, Growth, Sales, and Compliance to ensure campaigns align with strategic business priorities and regulatory standards.
• Digital Experience Optimization
Maintain a high-quality user experience by partnering w technical teams, implementing design enhancements, and ensuring content accuracy across devices and platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance to stakeholders to provide transparency on efforts and spending.
• Governance & Brand Integrity
Ensure all campaigns and assets adhere to brand, legal, and compliance standards in a highly regulated financial environment.
• Agency & Vendor Oversight
Coordinate with agency partners, vendors, and platforms to scale execution efficiently and maintain accountability for KPIs
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing roles at high-growth startups or agencies.
• Demonstrated ownership of ≥$500k annual paid digital marketing budget
• Proficiency in GA4 or equivalent marketing analytics tools
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a bias for results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
