The Role**

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer with 2-3 years of experience to help develop and optimize high-performance software solutions for next-generation drone technology. This role involves problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration to create mission-critical systems that power autonomous flight, real-time data processing, and AI-driven insights.

As a core member of our team, you will work remotely from the US, collaborating closely with our engineering team in Thailand to build intelligent, scalable applications that define the future of industrial drone operations. Given the global nature of our team, flexibility in working hours to overlap with our Thailand-based team will be essential.

Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and optimize software for drone navigation, automation, and mission planning.
• Implement real-time data processing algorithms for telemetry, imagery, and sensor integration.
• Debug, test, and deploy high-performance applications in fast-paced development cycles.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless software-hardware integration.
• Think outside the box to solve complex engineering challenges, from network connectivity to AI-powered automation.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, robotics, and cloud-based automation.

What You Bring**

We’re looking for more than just coding skills—we want someone who thrives in a high-energy, startup-like environment and brings creativity, problem-solving, and strong collaboration to the table.

• 2-3 years of software development experience in Python, C++, or Java
• Experience in additional programming languages like Kotlin, Flutter, Python, Node.js, PHP
• Design Tools (Figma, Sketch) experience
• A problem-solving mindset—you enjoy breaking down complex challenges, thinking critically, and finding innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills—you can assess technical problems, identify patterns, and implement effective strategies.
• Experience with drone communication protocols (MAV Link, PX4, ROS) or similar real-time systems.
• Adaptability—you can quickly pivot, learn new technologies, and thrive in an evolving environment.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure is a plus.
• Effective communication skills—you can collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, explain concepts clearly, and document code concisely.
