Paid Social Media Manager (Remote)

DMi Partners is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager! The ideal candidate will be someone who loves social media and can support our team on executing paid services at a high level. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients’ paid social media programs including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports reflecting campaign progress and optimizations
• Perform in-depth analyses on client programs – identifying shortcomings and areas for growth as well as successful trends and competitive evaluations
• Ideate ad content, copy, and creative to highlight our clients’ products and services
• Leverage industry insight, creativity, and relationship-building to bring new and innovative strategies and opportunities to the table
• Lead weekly client calls to share progress and updates
• Support the sales team with identifying opportunities relating to prospective clients
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and be well versed in speaking about trends and initiatives

Salary Range- $70,000-$90,000

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have 2-3 years in the digital marketing space managing paid social campaigns, at an agency.
• You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
• You recognize the importance of being engaged in your work and keeping your clients engaged as well
• You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
• You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
