Role Description This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based in Erbil, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for print and digital channels, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, product materials, and internal communications. Daily tasks include developing concepts that align with DMA Group’s brand, designing logos and visual elements, selecting typography, and preparing files for production. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business needs into clear, engaging visual solutions. The Graphic Designer will also refine and update existing designs, maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of visual concepts and layouts.
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding, including creating or evolving brand identities and visual guidelines.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and combine typefaces for clarity, hierarchy, and brand fit.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent software).
• Ability to interpret briefs, present design options, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media; familiarity with production requirements and file preparation.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest or experience in agriculture, veterinary, or related industries is a plus.
