We are looking for a self-driven solution designer to work as a delegated Product Owner for Integrations. You will work across all of DLL’s digital products and help developers - both internal and external - make the most out of DLL’s API and available integration services.

Expert Guidance for optimal integration platform value creation To ensure solutions are compliant with DLLs integration reference architecture and to ensure optimal value is created from the Enterprise Integration Platforms, the EBS Integrations team offers integration expert guidance to development teams.
Creating optimal flow for development teams using integration shared service Integrations is a shared service, and therefore it is a dependency for teams who use it. You are responsible for creating optimal flow for the development teams, by timely identification of required shared service deliverables, appropriate priority setting within the shared service and utilizing agile tools like slicing and MVP definition.
Optimize cross-team alignment by being SPOC between delivery teams and the Integrations teams on integrations solutions To constantly optimize the Integrations services, we need deep understanding of the needs of our service users. The other way around, our service users need deep understanding of our Service to optimally use it. You will be the linking pin to accommodate this need.
Your Function
The role contributes to the realization of the delivery team's objectives by ensuring that architecture decisions are designed and implemented consistently across business and IT to support the business and IT strategy. Perform research, analyses, and design activities with the objective to propose and deliver quality IT solutions that are aligned with DLL’s Enterprise Architecture and appropriate for the business and IT strategies in one or more business domains, with core expertise in delivering integrated services and APIs.
The Solution Architect/dPO for Integrations is a member of the EBS delivery team and is expected to make a meaningful contribution to the technology solutions both in design and implementation.
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders from both IT and business.
The core competency to this role is surrounding integration design and implementation, however DLL has a broad range of technology platforms. The ideal candidate for this role would have the capability and ambition to further grow both horizontally into other platforms, and vertically into other roles and responsibilities.

Minimum proven bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and with clients / prospective clients.

Axway API Management – Axway API Manager, Policy Studio and Gateway
MS BizTalk Server
Cleo Harmony managed file transfer
Azure API Management
Knowledge about various architectures and protocols such as MOM, XSLT, SOA, EDA, REST, XML, FTP, WSDL, and SOAP, RESTful
Expert in SOA messaging and concepts
Expert in service design
Extensive knowledge about event driven systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, ESB
Knowledge about secure transmissions (signing, encryption), digital certificates, and PKI
Strong experience with data and information architecture and application architecture
Proven experience with designing, testing, and implementing web-services and integrations in a Service Oriented Environment.
Thorough understanding of Application Integration and Service Oriented Architecture.
Able to explain the purpose and goals of Service Oriented Architecture and the deeper reasoning behind this architecture.
Proven experience with understanding and implementing integration patterns.
Good understanding of B2B scenarios (gateways, security, business partner agreements).
Good Interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, communication and negotiation.
Good written and verbal communication skills both in IT and business environment.

Applicable Pay Range
$120,174.43 - $180,261.65
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
