Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Designer who can lead end-to-end design initiatives—from research and concept creation to high-fidelity UI, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with systems thinking and a passion for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design for web, mobile, and interactive platforms.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, 3D artists, and creative technologists.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Design immersive and interactive experiences for XR, virtual environments, and experiential projects.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and brand consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and digital product design.
• Expertise in Figma (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience creating design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Ability to create clickable prototypes and user flows.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with AR/VR/XR products.
• Motion design skills (After Effects, Rive, Lottie).
• Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or immersive interfaces.
• Experience working with AI-powered products.
• Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/React) for better collaboration.
