Marketing Project Manager

Title: Marketing Project Manager (Remote) - Part Time

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Hours per day somewhat flexible but with a set schedule equally 20 hours a week

• We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Project Manager to support the Line of Business Marketing team regularly manage a high volume of deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.
• This is a position that would manage multiple project and oversee timelines on an ongoing basis, it is not a position project managing one large initiative.
• Regular project examples are: creative asset development, social media post creation, email development, etc.
• This role supports the on-time delivery of these deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly oversee and manage multiple marketing projects to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Conduct regular status meetings with Line of Business Marketing to track deliverables and address any issues or delays.
• Support the Line of Business Marketing team to keep track of multiple projects and events.
• Liaise with the enterprise marketing team and event team to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Keep track of deadlines and support getting clarity from business partners to ensure projects have all required information included.
• Identify potential risks (i.e. project delays) and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of project processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marketing industry, with a strong focus on deliverables management with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead deadline management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
