Responsibilities:
- Define and manage a robust hardware engineering process to deliver high-quality, customized, and repeatable solutions.
- Oversee the technical relationship with hardware OEM and ODM partners, including driving requirements, qualifications, defining and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and addressing any quality issues or product defects.
- Collaborate with the CTO and product management to select industry-leading partners and solutions aligned with the solution roadmap.
- Work with product management to define and deliver essential components for Server, Storage, and Networking.
- Select and manage partnerships with third-party software vendors, including Software-Defined Storage providers.
- Optimize the delivery process to maximize reuse while maintaining leadership in customized solutions.
- Manage the internal validation lab for system-level validation.
- Lead and deliver the technical aspects of customer Proofs of Concept (POCs) that require new capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive hardware expertise in HPC, AI, and high-performance Storage technology, with a deep understanding of current market trends and solutions.
- Over 7 years of experience in Engineering Management.
- Proven track record in leading product development for HPC and AI infrastructure technology.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute in an Agile environment, adapting to changing customer needs.
- Experience in developing and optimizing engineering processes.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including power and cooling requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
