Director of HPC and AI Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams in designing and delivering HPC and AI infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee partnerships with hardware OEMs/ODMs and software-defined storage vendors.
• Define and optimize hardware engineering processes for efficiency.
• Develop and implement key technology roadmaps in collaboration with product management and CTO leadership.
• Ensure custom hardware solutions are repeatable and scalable.
• Balance customization and standardization for customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in large-scale HPC infrastructure.
• Expertise in high-speed storage, high-speed networking, and compute clusters.
• Strong understanding of GPUs, CPUs, accelerators, interconnects, and memory architectures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive hardware expertise in HPC, AI, and high-performance Storage technology, with a deep understanding of current market trends and solutions.
• Over 7 years of experience in Engineering Management.
• Proven track record in leading product development for HPC and AI infrastructure technology.
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute in an Agile environment, adapting to changing customer needs.
• Experience in developing and optimizing engineering processes.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including power and cooling requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
