Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams in designing and delivering HPC and AI infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee partnerships with hardware OEMs/ODMs and software-defined storage vendors.
- Define and optimize hardware engineering processes for efficiency.
- Develop and implement key technology roadmaps in collaboration with product management and CTO leadership.
- Ensure custom hardware solutions are repeatable and scalable.
- Balance customization and standardization for customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in large-scale HPC infrastructure.
- Expertise in high-speed storage, high-speed networking, and compute clusters.
- Strong understanding of GPUs, CPUs, accelerators, interconnects, and memory architectures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive hardware expertise in HPC, AI, and high-performance Storage technology, with a deep understanding of current market trends and solutions.
- Over 7 years of experience in Engineering Management.
- Proven track record in leading product development for HPC and AI infrastructure technology.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute in an Agile environment, adapting to changing customer needs.
- Experience in developing and optimizing engineering processes.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including power and cooling requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
