Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with creativity and strategic thinking to maximize ROI, increase customer acquisition, and improve retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost optimization to achieve ROI and KPI targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to target audiences.
- Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4-5+ years in a digital or performance marketing role with a portfolio of results that clearly demonstrates your ability to generate leads and revenue.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SEO, affiliate marketing, or marketing automation is a plus.
- Open to travel.
