Senior Product Designer - RELOCATE TO DUBAI

We're partnered with a fast-growing FinTech scale-up in Dubai to find them a Senior Product Designer.

After a huge year of revenue growth, user growth, and major funding secured, they're now doubling down on their Product Design function. They hire from high-performing product teams, and the bar is high.

They're gunning for unicorn status and want designers ready to grow with them.

The role:

You'll be stepping into a packed pipeline of features and products launching over the next 6–12 months, playing a major part in shaping what ships.

They need true T-shaped designers - end-to-end ownership, comfortable across the full design lifecycle, from strategy through to pixel-perfect delivery.

Visual quality and UX are core to their brand - they want designers who've worked on polished, aesthetically strong products.

What they're looking for:

✅ End-to-end Product Design experience - 0→1 ownership

✅ Start-up / scale-up background

✅ A creative foundation - ideally rooted in advertising or agency work before transitioning into product

✅ Mobile B2C expertise

The package:

💰 Up to 35,000 AED p/m - TAX FREE (equivalent to 115k USD)
