Product Design Manager (Webflow expert) - RELOCATE TO DUBAI

A unique opportunity for a Product Design Manager to join a global FinTech organisation.

Overseeing a team of 10+ Designers and Front End Developers, this team's goal is to produce visually stunning and highly functional websites and platforms within the FinTech domain.

For this hire, we are specifically looking for someone with extensive Webflow experience, experience leading a team and a background in Product Designer.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of Designers, pushing creativity and collaboration.
• Build scalable design systems that keep everything sharp and consistent.
• Set the bar high for visuals, typography, colour, and interaction.
• Turn brand identity into digital experiences that actually move the needle.
• Own the process from concept to execution, delivering designs that hit hard.
• Work with Developers to bring Figma concepts to life in Webflow.
• Team up with UX, marketing, and product to create designs that convert.
• Make sure accessibility and usability aren’t an afterthought.
• Keep up with industry shifts and inject fresh thinking into every project.
• Analyse, iterate, and refine based on real user feedback.
