I recently helped an exceptional Head of Product Design to join an AI-powered digital bank that's currently operating in stealth mode - and I'm now supporting them as they build out their core team with a Product Design Lead / UI Lead.

This is one of the most exciting design opportunities in the UAE right now: a chance to design an entire bank from the ground up. They’ve already brought on world-class talent across Product, Design, and Engineering - and now they’re looking for a brilliant product designer with deep UI expertise to help shape what the future of banking looks like. 🧠💡

💼 What they’re looking for:

• Outstanding UI craft - visual design, prototyping, design systems
• A futuristic and creative aesthetic - pushing the boundaries of what a bank can look like
• Experience working on consumer-facing products, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency
• Confident leading technical design discussions with engineers and product teams
• A hands-on design leader - this is not a people management role

📍 The role is remote for now, but will move to a hybrid model in Abu Dhabi by the end of the year - so you must be open to relocating or commuting.

💰 Salary: Up to 40,000 AED/month (tax-free), with flexibility to go slightly higher for the right person.
