- Ball bearings: mounted, insert, thrust and specialty types
- Roller bearings: spherical, cylindrical, tapered, needle
- Power transmission components: sheaves, pulleys, couplings, belts, bushings
We’re looking for a strategic, technically capable Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market motion for our industrial motion & power transmission busines; from your remote location.
What You’ll Do
- Craft differentiated product positioning, messaging and value propositions for our bearings and motion component portfolio
- Lead and execute go-to-market plans for new launches: set timelines, develop assets, coordinate campaigns
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research and segmentation to inform strategy
- Develop sales enablement: product briefs, training modules, pitch decks, FAQs
- Partner with digital/content marketing to build product pages, collateral, SEO and campaign content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain and sales to ensure launch readiness
- Monitor product performance (revenue, margins, adoption) and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
- Serve as internal subject-matter expert: train sales, support and channel teams on product features and selling points
- Solicit and integrate feedback from customers and field teams to influence roadmap and marketing priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or B2B hardware environments
- Strong technical aptitude: able to translate mechanical/engineering specs into compelling customer benefits
- Proven track record of managing product launches and marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft crisp, differentiated messaging
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across functions and geography
- Experience in market research, competitive intelligence and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple product lines concurrently
What Would Set You Apart
- Prior experience in bearings, motion control, power transmission or automation industries
- Experience in B2B industrial digital marketing, content marketing, SEO or demand generation
- Familiarity with channel enablement and distributor-sales models
- Strong project management skills
