Our client in the wellness space is hiring a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager (Part-time!)
About the role:
We’re looking for a scrappy, entrepreneurial Sr. Performance Manager to join our client's lean team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves rolling up their sleeves, and knows how to drive growth through performance marketing. The role reports directly to the founders and will begin part-time on a contract basis, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Own media buying across Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing ~$50K/month in ad spend with the goal of scaling efficiently. Develop testing frameworks to optimize campaigns and maximize ROAS.
- Develop strategies and test new channels like affiliate and influencer partnerships. Identify opportunities for growth and create a roadmap for scaling across emerging platforms.
- Oversee and manage external agency partners. Hold agencies accountable to performance goals and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategy, working closely with creative partners. Provide direction on ad concepts and iterate based on performance insights.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency across channels. Build reporting dashboards and share learnings with the broader team.
- Collaborate with the broader team to align performance efforts with overall business goals. Communicate performance insights and make recommendations for cross-channel strategies.
- Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining regular touchpoints with the executive team. Proactively share performance updates and flag opportunities or challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta, Google, and TikTok. Comfortable owning strategy and execution end-to-end.
- Proven track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining efficiency. Experience working with budgets of $50K+ per month.
- Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns end-to-end. Ability to pivot quickly and iterate based on performance data.
- Experience in DTC/e-commerce. Familiarity with subscription models and customer acquisition funnels is a plus.
- Ability to wear multiple hats — from media buying to creative oversight to agency management. Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
- Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment. Willingness to get into the weeds and problem-solve independently.
- Experience testing emerging channels like affiliate and influencer is a big plus. Ability to quickly learn and test new platforms.
