Our client in the wellness space is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager!
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media, starting with Meta. You’ll work directly with the founder to scale ad spend, optimize performance through Northbeam, and build out our in-house team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Scale Meta, TikTok, and Google spend to $25K/day+ profitably
- Oversee daily campaign management, performance analysis, and creative testing
- Build and optimize landing pages and product funnels with a CRO mindset
- Report on CAC, MER, and LTV using Northbeam and in-platform tools
Creative Strategy & Sourcing
- Develop winning creative strategies across static, UGC, and branded formats
- Source top-performing creatives from UGC creators, designers, and agencies
- Own the asset creation pipeline across ads, PDPs, website graphics, and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally to brief new content and test variants
Team & Ownership
- Offboard current agency and take ownership of performance channels
- Build out an internal performance team over time (buyers, designers, analysts)
- Work closely with the founder to set strategy and align on weekly goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media (strong preference for Meta expertise)
- Deep familiarity with Northbeam (or similar tools like Triple Whale, Rockerbox)
- Clear track record of scaling spend efficiently in a DTC environment
- Fluent in performance metrics: CAC, MER, LTV, ROAS, etc.
- Able to write briefs, identify winning hooks, and contribute to creative iteration cycles
- Hungry, analytical, and comfortable in a high-growth, founder-led startup
