Our client in the laundry CPG space is hiring a Head of Performance Marketing!
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive growth across platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
- Allocate budgets effectively, optimize ROAS, and ensure CPA goals are met.
Campaign Management:
- Spend significant time hands-on in Facebook Ad Manager, optimizing campaigns, testing new strategies, and monitoring performance in real-time.
- Identify and implement creative A/B tests to improve ad performance.
Creative Development:
- Work closely with the graphic designer and content strategist to ideate, iterate, and refine ad creatives in Canva.
- Be comfortable using Canva to tweak designs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize for growth.
- Present performance reports to leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the e-commerce, product, and customer experience teams to align on goals and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve customer LTV, subscription retention, and overall website conversion rates.
Experience:
- 5+ years in performance marketing, with a focus on DTC e-commerce.
- Proven track record managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Strong creative eye with experience developing and iterating ad creatives.
- Comfortable using Canva for ad design and creative ideation.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, etc.) and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Klaviyo.
- Experience managing or collaborating with creative teams, including graphic designers and content strategists.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
