Our client in the Marketing Services space is hiring a Email Marketing Account Manager!
Mission for the Role
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Account Manager to lead client accounts, oversee internal team execution, and drive strategy with excellence. To own the relationship, strategy, and results for 5–8 ecommerce brands, serving as their go-to expert and internal team quarterback. You’ll lead a pod (copywriter, designer, Klaviyo tech) and be responsible for turning strategy into results — managing flows, campaigns, and client communication from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and manage email strategies across flows, campaigns, and pop-ups that align with brand goals and drive performance.
- Client Communication: Lead all client interactions, including weekly updates, reporting, and calls. Be their trusted email partner.
- Campaign Management: Build out campaign calendars, oversee copy/design/tech implementation, and make sure everything goes out on time and error-free.
- Flow Optimization: Own all automated flows — consistently reviewing, testing, and improving them for better results.
- Team Leadership: Manage your pod, delegate tasks clearly, and hold everyone (including yourself) to a high standard.
- Revisions & QA: Handle revisions swiftly and personally QA every email before client delivery or deployment.

Requirements
- Great communicator — written and verbal, in fluent English
- Strong experience in email marketing strategy for ecommerce
- Solid grasp of Klaviyo (flows, segments, A/B testing, deliverability, etc.)
- Available full-time, ideally during US EST hours (9am–5pm)
- Organized, accountable, and able to juggle multiple accounts without missing a beat
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to QA creative assets and copy to ensure brand consistency
