Director of Content Marketing

Our client in the kitchenware space is hiring a Director of Content!

Responsibilities:

• Brand & Content Strategy: Define Tumbler’s voice, content pillars, and storytelling cadence across all channels.
• Organic Social Growth: Own our social presence—growing followers, reach, engagement, and resonance on IG, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Influencer & Creator Strategy: Identify, brief, and manage a network of creators who help build the brand and drive conversion.
• Campaign Development: Lead the strategy and execution of brand campaigns—from seasonal moments to launches to always-on content.
• Site Messaging & Customer Experience: Ensure everything from landing pages to emails to product storytelling is on-brand and conversion-conscious.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product, and Ops to align on calendar, cadence, and narrative strategy.
• Content Performance & Optimization: Track key engagement, reach, and conversion metrics—and use data to sharpen future storytelling.
• Act as a partner to the CEO—bringing a point of view, driving execution, and advocating for the brand.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in brand marketing, content, or social-led roles in fast-moving DTC environments.
• Experience building and scaling brand presence from <$50MM to meaningful scale.
• Strong POV on visual language, voice, and content strategy.
• Deep familiarity with short-form video, storytelling formats, and platform-specific behaviors.
• Strong creative instincts paired with operational discipline.
• Experience working with influencers/creators at both macro and micro levels.
• Ability to brief, guide, and critique creative—internal or external.
