About the Role
Dimentics is expanding its sales and marketing engine, and we're looking for a hands-on Online Marketing Specialist to own our outbound demand-generation channels. You'll drive qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn
Content and automation, cold email outreach, and freelance marketplaces like Upwork — working closely with the sales team to keep the pipeline full. This is an execution-heavy, metrics-driven role suited to someone who enjoys building and optimising outbound systems, not just running occasional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Manage LinkedIn automation tools such as Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy, or PhantomBuster.
Plan and optimize cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo.
Generate business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
Support SEO, content marketing, and online branding initiatives.
Maintain CRM data, monitor campaign performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing, LinkedIn Automation, and Email Marketing.
Proven experience with Upwork or similar online bidding platforms.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to lead generation.
