Product Designer for HealthTech

The Healthcare Product Designer shapes how doctors interact with DIME in real clinical settings. This role focuses on designing clear, practical, and reliable experiences that fit naturally into medical workflows. The goal is to reduce friction, save time, and help doctors access the right information when they need it.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design user flows and interfaces for clinical features (EMR, CDSS, patient profiles)
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into simple, usable designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Work closely with doctors to understand real clinical practices
• Identify pain points in current workflows and reflect them in product design
• Ensure designs support speed, clarity, and decision-making
• Contribute to and maintain DIME’s design system
• Ensure consistency across all product modules and screens
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Work closely with Product, R&D, and Engineering teams
• Participate in product planning and feature definition
• Iterate designs based on feedback and real usage

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–6+ years experience in product design (UI/UX)
• Strong portfolio showing real product work
• Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar
• Experience designing complex systems or dashboards
• Ability to think through full user journeys, not just screens
• Experience in healthtech or medical systems
• Familiarity with clinical workflows or hospital systems
• Understanding of how doctors interact with digital tools
• Thinks in systems, not just interfaces
• Values clarity and simplicity over visual complexity
• Pays attention to small details that affect usability
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams
• Interested in building tools that have real-world impact
