Position Description:
The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for helping grow brand awareness and support brand growth goals across both new and returning customers. They lead all aspects of influencer marketing strategy and have a central role in concepting, executing, reporting, and analyzing impactful influencer campaigns and developing meaningful relationships with influencer partners. Additionally, this role will support brand partnerships and owned events pertaining to influencers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Partner with Director to develop, execute and scale a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers across micro to macro tiers and platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social media platforms
- Manage campaigns from start to finish, including contracting and negotiations, briefing, execution, asset delivery, and payment for 50+ influencer partners monthly
- Fully manage DIME’s influencer campaign tracker daily (updating data regularly, ensuring accuracy, and sharing out on performance weekly) in addition to managing the influencer content library.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize affiliate, seeding, paid campaigns and conversion rates to align with business goals and incentivize top performers
- Own all metrics, analyze campaign performance and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting using social listening tool to measure effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
- Manage the influencer seeding and gifting program
- Oversee influencer outreach and relationship management, including organic seeding, paid campaigns, and affiliate initiatives
- Partner with team members to leverage ShopMy platform across all influencer marketing efforts
- Own influencer marketing budget across all campaigns.
- Assist in PR agency influencer activity where applicable.
- Stay informed of evolving influencer trends and competitor activity to continuously refine strategy
Brand Partnerships
- Partner with Director to cultivate and maintain brand partnerships to drive awareness, co-branded campaigns, and consumer reach
- Explore cultural partnerships, sponsorships and events that put DIME in front of their target consumer in meaningful ways
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Support Director in planning and execution of influencer brand events (virtual and in-person), including product launches, pop-ups, retail events, and community-driven activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and exceptional execution
Advisory Board Support
- Support Director in member recruitment and management of DIME’s first-ever Consumer Advisory Board
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, DTC, PR and Sales teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals
- Partner with DIME social media team to strategize and execute influencer content for DIME social channels.
- Work with internal and external paid media partners to strategically leverage influencer content.
- Provide strategic input into marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and go-to-market plans based on influencer marketing insights
- Assist in mentoring junior team members, consultants and interns when applicable
Other
- Completes assigned training on time

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing—ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Proven track record of building thriving brand communities, affiliate programs, and influencer strategies that drive measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of the influencer ecosystem, particularly on Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with social listening tools and influencer management programs required
Physical Requirements:
- Works in a remote environment, either in a home or office setting
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer
