Role Summary
The Web Growth team is looking for a growth-obsessed Web Conversion Optimization Manager
to turn visitor data into business revenue. We sit at the intersection of Answer Engine
Optimization (AEO), Personalization, and Conversion to ensure that every visitor is met with a
high-relevancy experience that drives them toward action.
Your primary objective is to increase qualified leads and self-serve sign-ups by leading a
high-velocity experimentation program. We are looking for a pragmatic, AI-literate operator who
uses experimentation as a high-speed vehicle to identify friction, validate insights, and ship
impactful changes. You will be the engine of this process: identifying opportunities in Adobe
Analytics, using Google Gemini to accelerate your creativity, and partnering with Web
Production and Marketing Operations (MOPs) to launch experiments in Adobe Target. You will
also work with Web Production to roll out winning experiences to our web users.
Key Responsibilities
are responsible for identifying friction points, developing high-impact hypotheses, and
designing the test plans that move the needle on our core KPIs.

drive growth rather than incremental changes.

Target capabilities to effectively brief MOPs on easy or complex test setups. While you
partner with execution teams for most tests, you have the expertise to personally
configure high-urgency experiments when necessary.

communicate "the why" to stakeholders.
