This is an immediate start for a 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend. You’ll lead UX discovery and design for a major digital initiative – shaping end-to-end user experiences through deep research, design thinking, and strong stakeholder alignment.

What you’ll be doing:

Own and lead UX research and design across a large-scale digital experience project
Run stakeholder workshops, user interviews, usability testing, competitor reviews, and analytics audits
Synthesise research into actionable outputs – personas, journey maps, IA, prioritisation frameworks, and recommendations
Design smart, high-quality wireframes and prototypes using Figma (and/or similar tools)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, SEO, Marketing, and Creative) to deliver experiences that meet both user needs and business goals
Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and a test-and-learn mindset
Confidently manage shifting priorities and timelines in a fast-paced delivery environment

What you’ll bring:

6+ years of UX design and research experience, ideally in digital agency or enterprise environments
A strong portfolio showcasing your strategic thinking, research capability, and end-to-end UX delivery
Proven ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex problems
Experience designing large-scale websites or digital platforms with multiple user journeys
Deep knowledge of UX best practice, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Confidence using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD
Excellent communication skills – you’re just as comfortable presenting to stakeholders as you are deep in the detail
A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is a remote role aligned to AEST working hours. We’re flexible on location within ANZ, but value clear communication and self-direction. You’ll stay connected with the team via Slack, G-Suite, and regular WIPs – and we’ll back you with the support and trust to do great work.
