Remote UI UX Designer

DigitalTolk is an organization and company that works to make an impact. Our purpose is to give a voice to those who don’t speak the local language; we arrange translators so that patients can get medical treatments in their new country and communicate with doctors. We arrange translators for crime victims so that they can get justice. Our job is to arrange interpreters through our platform for our customers.

Our end customers are hospitals, courts/lawyers, and municipalities who communicate with refugees and other people in need.

Role:

• Plan and implement new designs
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Develop technical requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct an ongoing user research
• Create social media posts, branding, and campaign design

Experience & Qualifications :

• 3 - 6 years of working experience
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Experience in front-end & WordPress would be a plus
• Experience working on Heatmaps, user journeys
• Experience working on accessibility (WCAG)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
