We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help deliver measurable growth through smart strategy and tactical execution. You’ll support a wide range of client accounts and work closely with our performance, SEO, and automation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution.
Support SEO efforts including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content coordination to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Assist in building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation sequences to support client journeys and lifecycle marketing.
Collaborate with team members to analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and contribute to ongoing client reporting and campaign iteration.
Participate in the creation of campaign strategies that align with B2B marketing best practices—full funnel, attribution-aware, and revenue-focused.
Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders on weekly calls, helping to deliver results transparently and clearly.
About You
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience running paid ads campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with measurable success.
Working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub (certifications are a plus) and familiarity with marketing automation principles.
A foundational understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy.
Strong communication and presentation skills—you’re comfortable interfacing with clients and reporting on performance.
Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret campaign analytics and make informed recommendations.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment and ready to take ownership of your work.
