About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to generate high-quality leads for our U.S.-based clients, primarily small and medium-sized businesses.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid lead-generation campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands that success is not just about clicks or cheap leads—it is about generating qualified enquiries, phone calls, appointments, and real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Generate qualified calls, form submissions, and appointment enquiries for U.S. businesses.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, and customer acquisition cost.
• Analyze search terms, targeting, budgets, bidding, and campaign performance.
• Work with the web and design teams to improve landing pages and ad creatives.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
• Analyze lead quality and use client feedback to improve campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• Proven experience generating leads, preferably for U.S.-based businesses.
• Experience with local businesses, home services, healthcare, or other lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion tracking, landing pages, and lead quality.
• Ability to independently audit, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns.
