Marketing Specialist

Job Role: Marketing Specialist (Freelance/Contract)

Salary: €65-75/hour

Location: Utrecht (Remote working offered)

Language: C1 Level Dutch and English required

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic company that specialises in installing heat pumps for residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with experience in translating brand vision into actionable content and visuals, especially in a technical or product-focused business. Initially, this is a two-month contract for around one day a week with the aim to expand and grow with the company for future projects.

Skills you should hold (with over 3+ years' experience):

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong ability to translate brand story into high-impact marketing content
• Hands-on experience creating social media posts, newsletters, blog content, customer stories, and email copy
• Comfortable with strategic positioning, as well as content creation and execution
• Proficiency in visual design tools to create templates and other marketing materials
• Familiarity with technical products or businesses is a plus
• Dutch language skills (C1 level required)
