A pioneering technology business is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design and implement agentic development workflows powered by modern AI and automation. You’ll combine strong backend engineering skills with hands-on experience in reinforcement learning and deep learning frameworks, helping to create intelligent agents that transform how complex software projects are planned, executed, and tested.

What you’ll be doing:

Building AI-driven services and workflows with Python 3.x and PyTorch
Designing agentic pipelines that orchestrate distinct roles (architecture, planning, development, review, testing) with structured human oversight
Leveraging MCP to capture and triage issues directly from Jira
Using GitHub Copilot and other AI coding tools to accelerate development and streamline commits
Deploying and managing services with Docker and AWS (S3, EC2)
Developing scalable data-driven solutions with PostgreSQL
Ensuring coherence, quality, and reliability across distributed agent workflows

What you’ll need:

Strong commercial experience in Python 3.x
Proven expertise with PyTorch (or similar frameworks for RL/DL/agentic AI)
Familiarity with MCP, AI-driven dev tooling, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks
Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS S3/EC2)
Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Ability to design robust, scalable workflows that combine AI with human oversight
A track record of experimentation and delivery in fast-moving environments
