Role Description

This full-time UI/UX Designers and VFX Designers role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The designer will create intuitive user interfaces, engaging user experiences, and compelling visual effects for web and mobile applications. Daily tasks include designing mockups and prototypes, collaborating with product and development teams to refine requirements, and translating concepts into clear, user-centered designs. The role involves preparing design assets for front-end implementation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and conducting design reviews and iterations based on feedback and usability considerations. The designer will also contribute to design documentation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and VFX work for digital products.
• 3+ years in UI/UX, product design or Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, color theory, and asset creation for UI and VFX.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, After Effects or similar)
• Proficient with Figma and comfortable in modern design tools
• Strong portfolio (Behance or personal site) showing real product work — not just visuals, but thinking
• Solid fundamentals: layout, typography, spacing, interaction
• Clear product sense, you care how users actually experience the work
• Strong ownership; you don't need someone behind you to ship
• Comfortable in fast-moving, client-facing environments
• Clear written and spoken English
• Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and ship UI/UX for web and mobile products, and VFX designers candidates for Game projects
• Own features end-to-end — from problem framing to final UI
• Translate product requirements into clear, well-crafted interfaces
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers using AI tooling as part of the workflow
• Maintain visual consistency and contribute to design system components
• Present and defend design decisions with the team and directly with clients
• Spot UX, quality, or usability issues and fix them proactively
