Digital Skills are working with a large Consultancy and; in turn their end client.

The company are a Medical Device manufacturer and are undergoing a complex implementation of Oracle Financials. As part of this implementation the client requires an experienced Programme Manager with experience in Oracle Financials.

Position Summary

The Oracle Finance Program Manager will report to the Director, IT PMO and will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of a program of multiple projects, each of which have specified deliverables.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan the Program
• Define the scope of the program ain collaboration with senior Finance management
• Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences activities
• Determine the resources required to complete the program
• Develop a schedule of schedules for program completion
• Determine the objectives, benefits, and measures upon which the overall program and its several projects will be evaluated at completion
• In consultation with other managers, recruit and select staff with appropriate skills for project activities

This is a delivery focused role that will require you to Implement the Program and its Projects. You will be required to execute project plan(s), document project activities and ensure that all information is appropriately documented. and secured. This will also require specific monitoring of outputs and measurement against plans.

Required Experience

• Qualified Accountant - Finance Manager background
• Experienced Oracle Financials Program Management
• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS
• Excellent Programme Planning skills
• Experience in Risk, issue and progress reporting
• Excellent Communication skills

This client is in a highly regulated environment, as such, experience in similar environments such as; Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or similar industries would be highly advantageous.

The role is remote, however travel to Germany, the Netherlands and potentially to Asia in the future would be required up to 20% of the time. Please only apply if you are comfortable with regular and overnight travel.

The role is Outside IR35 and pays £750 per day
