Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Manager with proven hands-on expertise in:

1. Setting and optimizing marketing campaigns in at least 2 types of marketing channels, such as Google ads, social ads, SEO, etc.
2. Proactively leading and continuously optimizing campaigns to ensure they meet KPI’s, budget, and ROI targets
3. Crafting professional marketing copy and messaging for campaigns and landing pages
4. Guiding and mentoring marketing & web specialists on tactics, campaign optimization, and tools
5. Creating transparent performance reports with insights and recommendations

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do

require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven results across at least two core channels
• Expertise in setting up digital marketing campaigns
• Strong background in marketing strategy, copywriting, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple marketing projects
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong marketing copywriting skills is CRITICAL
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work EST hours, 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks): our clients are US-based.
