Important Note About Compensation
This is a commission-based position only to start.
There is no base salary or hourly rate available at this time.
However, this role includes residual commissions for clients you bring in and manage over time. As we scale, we fully intend to transition this role into a salary + commission structure, and the right candidate will grow into a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) position, overseeing account managers and revenue operations.

The Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager who can both close new business and nurture long-term client relationships. You’ll be a key player in helping define client strategy, manage marketing implementation, and act as the primary point of contact.
This is a client-facing, sales-driven role that wears multiple hats—from business development to account coordination and customer success.
