Radiant Logic (ICS) Engineer / Identity Architect

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Radiant Logic ICS (Identity and Correlation Server) Engineer / Identity Architect to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Radiant Logic RadiantOne Platform, identity federation, directory virtualization, identity correlation, synchronization, and enterprise authentication ecosystems. The candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and governance teams to design and implement scalable identity solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Radiant Logic Identity and Correlation Server (ICS) and RadiantOne Identity Data Platform solutions.

Configure and manage:

• Identity correlation
• Directory virtualization
• Meta-directories
• LDAP integration
• Identity synchronization

Integrate enterprise identity systems including:

• Active Directory
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• LDAP directories
• HR systems
• IAM platforms

Develop and maintain identity federation and SSO integrations using:

• SAML
• OAuth2
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Kerberos

Support identity governance and role-based access control (RBAC) initiatives.

Implement high availability, performance tuning, and disaster recovery for Radiant Logic environments.

Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity synchronization issues.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to support Zero Trust and identity security strategies.

Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Participate in migration and modernization initiatives involving cloud IAM platforms.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Hands-on experience with Radiant Logic ICS / RadiantOne Platform.

Strong understanding of:

• LDAP
• Directory Services
• Identity Federation
• Authentication protocols
• Identity lifecycle management

Experience integrating with:

• Active Directory
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Okta
• Ping Identity
• SailPointCyberArk

Strong knowledge of:

• SAML
• OAuth2
• OIDC
• REST APIs
• SCIM

Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Understanding of enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust concepts.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms:

• AWS
• Azure
• GCP

Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.

Exposure to DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Knowledge of compliance frameworks:

• NIST
• FedRAMP
• HIPAA
• SOX

Relevant certifications preferred:

• CISSP
• Security+
• Radiant Logic Certifications
• Okta Certified
• SailPoint Certified

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM transformations.
• Knowledge of Non-Human Identity (NHI) management.
• Experience with API security and modern identity architectures.
• Federal/Government project experience is a plus.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
