Position Objective:
Lead and execute the launch and market positioning strategy for our enterprise software products, designed to make work more collaborative, agile, and connected. The Marketing Director will be responsible for generating brand awareness, attracting new clients, and retaining them through the services of a new collaborative platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the global marketing strategy for the launch and growth of software solutions in the U.S.
- Define and lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling that clearly communicate product value to enterprise clients.
- Develop and oversee integrated campaigns (digital, content, PR, and events) to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to align strategies, gather feedback, and support product improvements.
- Lead the marketing team, establishing KPIs and OKRs to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, maximizing return on investment (ROI) across all channels.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within software or B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven experience in product launches, demand generation, and digital marketing focused on corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of the software industry’s buying cycle, from SMEs to large enterprises.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with global teams and companies in a scaling phase.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience in building and developing brand identity from scratch, aligning it with product vision and company culture.
- Ability to differentiate the product through storytelling, user experience, and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Growth Marketing.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
