Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and lead the design of fintech and brokerage products tailored for the Middle East market. You will play a crucial role in crafting seamless user experiences and visually compelling interfaces that resonate with our diverse audience. Your expertise in RTL (Right-to-Left) design is vital, as you will ensure smooth navigation and intuitive layouts across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End UI Design: Create UI designs from scratch, translating complex business requirements into clean, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• UI Guidelines Ownership: Develop and maintain UI style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure consistency across fintech applications and websites.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external design vendors, ensuring project alignment with brand standards and delivery timelines.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to demonstrate design concepts and improve decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design within fintech, banking, or lending sectors.
• Proven expertise in RTL (Right-to-Left) design, with a strong portfolio of projects for Arabic-speaking markets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is a must.
