Description:
We are hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to oversee and scale all marketing initiatives across three real estate–focused companies. This role is heavily content-driven, growth- oriented, and focused on building systems that reliably generate leads. You’ll manage SEO, paid ads, funnels, content workflows, and a team of future specialists as the companies grow.
Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Salary: $3,000/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing operations across three companies.
- Build and manage SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility in specific geographic markets.
- Develop content strategies for social media, including scripting for video content.
- Create and manage funnels that convert organic and paid traffic into leads.
- Oversee paid advertising strategy across platforms (hiring and managing specialists as needed).
- Drive consistent lead generation across all brands and ensure systems are optimized for scale.
- Train and manage a full-time copywriter and additional creative/ads specialists as they come on board.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all content channels.
- Track performance metrics, lead flow, and funnel effectiveness.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize which company gets marketing focus at each stage.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager or growth-focused role.
- Strong background in SEO and building local visibility for service-based businesses.
- Experience scaling social media accounts from zero to meaningful traction.
- Ability to write or direct strong copy (organic, ads, and scripts).
- Comfortable overseeing paid media strategy and managing specialists.
- Experience building funnels and tracking conversion performance.
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple brands at once.
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing within real estate, home services, or similar local-service industries.
- Prior experience managing in-house or freelance creatives (copy, ads, design).
