Our platform makes it simple to find, vet, and work with the right professional for each client’s needs, from tax prep to bookkeeping to advisory services.
We are hiring a full-time Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead webinars, create marketing campaigns, and consistently fill the pipeline with qualified leads. This role is equal parts strategy and execution: you’ll develop a marketing plan, run campaigns, manage SEO, and close appointments with prospective clients. The right candidate can replicate messaging across platforms, turn webinars into lead-generating events, and convert interest into booked calls. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Salary: $1,800/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute webinars that attract accountants, bookkeepers, and potential clients to the platform.
- Create and implement a marketing plan aligned with company growth goals.
- Manage SEO and content initiatives to consistently attract both sides of the marketplace (professionals and clients).
- Develop messaging and repurpose it effectively across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, landing pages, etc.).
- Build and manage lead generation campaigns, ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed.
- Book qualified sales appointments and support closing conversations with prospects.
- Track pipeline performance and report weekly on leads generated, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
- Proven track record of leading webinars and converting attendees into leads.
- Strong background in SEO and content-driven lead generation.
- Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Confident communicator who can handle closing conversations with prospects.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to replicate messaging consistently across platforms.
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Nice to Have:
- Background in SaaS, marketplace platforms, or financial/tech industries.
- Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, webinar software, and landing page builders.
- Prior success in a role blending marketing execution and direct sales.
