We are hiring a part-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a real estate technology company. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role focused on keeping the CEO organized, prepared, and moving efficiently across day-to-day priorities. You’ll manage communications, coordinate logistics, support light marketing efforts, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH- SPEAKING.

Hours: 20 hours a week (4 hours a day, preferably between 9am–5pm EST).

Salary: $750/mo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox, ensuring priorities are clear and nothing slips
  • Coordinate travel logistics: flights, hotels, transportation, and reservations
  • Prepare one-pagers, documents, and materials for meetings, events, and internal use
  • Take notes during meetings, identify action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Organize files, documents, and internal systems for easy access and clarity
  • Handle expense tracking and reporting for the CEO
  • Support event planning and coordination when needed
  • Assist with light social media posting and content scheduling
  • Create marketing materials using information provided by the CEO
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and comfortable working independently without constant direction
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and keep things moving forward
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet

Nice to have:

  • Experience in marketing or creating marketing materials
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Background supporting founders or executives in tech or real estate environments
