Successful candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in multiple facets of Amazon Advertising, including creating initial ad setups, product or category targeting, refining keywords, and optimizing campaigns for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage clients’ accounts assigned, with a focus on value add and retention, and client communication.
- Will act as a direct liaison between clients and the Company and will have two direct reports.
- Facilitate core Company services of PPC, SEO, Design, Catalog merchandising, and troubleshooting.
- Delegate actions to direct reports and international teams.
- Responsible for growing sales for clients, and helping ensure that processes run smoothly.
- Manage two international direct reports, and will oversee up to two Jr. Brand Managers.
- Proactively provide a strategy for the account, communicate with the client, and ensure the Company process and deliverables are met.
- Your ClickUp (task management) boards must be neat, organized, and followed upon.
- In addition to client services, this position is also a leadership position , and following the completion of training, brand managers will be expected to lead a small team of Amazon specialists, who will assist the manager with delivering Company's services to the client.
- Brand Managers are the backbone of the company, directly responsible for our client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2+ years prior experience in working at an Amazon Agency or similar
- Should have held a leadership role in a previous job role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be comfortable speaking in English)
- Must be client-facing and has experience in delegating tasks accordingly.
- Must have a professional work area with good background (with a clear camera and an audible headset).
