Description:
We are hiring a full-time B2B Marketing Specialist to lead outbound marketing, content strategy, and lead generation efforts across multiple channels. This role will oversee our Upwork Enterprise account, manage mirror profiles for outreach, and collaborate with our recruitment team to re-engage past prospects by matching them with available candidates. You’ll also take ownership of our YouTube and LinkedIn strategy—creating consistent, high-converting content that positions our CEO as a thought leader and drives qualified inbound opportunities.
Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm CST
Pay: $2,500/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s Upwork Enterprise account: oversee proposals, optimize responses, and track lead flow
- Operate and maintain multiple mirror social media profiles used for outreach and engagement
- Partner with the recruitment team to identify and re-engage previous leads with new candidate opportunities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy including topic planning, optimization, and repurposing content for other channels
- Support the CEO in writing and scheduling thought leadership posts on LinkedIn, maintaining brand tone and consistency
- Build and implement outreach sequences to warm past prospects and drive new discovery calls
- Track and report performance metrics across Upwork, YouTube, and LinkedIn to measure ROI and conversion impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align marketing priorities with company growth goals
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or digital growth roles
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies and CRM-based follow-up systems
- Hands-on experience managing social outreach, including multiple or mirrored profiles
- Proven track record in building engagement and lead flow through video and social content
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills—able to write clear, professional, and persuasive copy
- Organized, self-directed, and confident managing multiple concurrent campaigns
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing staffing, recruitment, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with Upwork Enterprise or similar lead generation platforms
- Background in video marketing or editing for YouTube
