Position Overview:

Digital Events is seeking a strategic, driven, and creatively-minded Director of Growth & Experiential Partnerships to lead new business development efforts and help bring unforgettable branded experiences to life. This role sits at the intersection of business development, client engagement, and experiential marketing — ideal for someone who can both pitch big ideas and ensure flawless execution.

You’ll be the face of our growth — leading client acquisition, building brand partnerships, and crafting immersive activation strategies that drive measurable results. You’re just as comfortable in a high-level strategic meeting as you are on-site at an event, checking the final details of a personalized product moment.

What You'll Do

Growth & Brand Partnerships

  • Own and evolve the company’s growth strategy, aligning new business goals with broader company vision.
  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, decks, and pitches that showcase Digital Event's value.
  • Lead outbound initiatives, nurture inbound opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Serve as a brand evangelist at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Client Service & Program Management

  • Act as lead client contact for new and strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and partnership growth.
  • Guide brands through the experiential journey — from concept to execution — with clarity, creativity, and white-glove service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across creative, production, and operations to ensure activations exceed expectations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, scopes of work, and client deliverables.
  • Contribute to brand-building initiatives, from awards submissions to thought leadership content.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Translate business objectives into breakthrough brand experiences.
  • Oversee planning, logistics, and production for activations ranging from intimate influencer dinners to large-scale brand takeovers.
  • Evaluate event and campaign performance with post-event reports, analytics, and key insights.
  • Identify and implement tools and tracking systems that improve internal workflows and client results.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 (+ BONUS)
