What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and community
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter), including posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Execute & manage the content calendar in line with campaigns, product launches, and marketing goals
- Engage with followers and communities
- Track, report, and analyse social performance metrics, using insights to optimise content and strategy
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table regularly
- 3 -5 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role (minimum 3-4 years preferred)
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, image selection, and basic video editing
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights
- Familiarity with brand tone, audience engagement, and community management
- Graphic design skills
- Understanding of platform-specific algorithms, current trends, and best practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to juggle multiple accounts or projects
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Nice To Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, or productivity
- Understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social content
- Experience with influencer or brand collaborations
- Confidence in creating or directing short-form video content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
